F&S approach 
  • A new approach to faculty and school content (v.2) - Anne summarised the approach and need for feedback from team, including wider web team
  • WIP-462 - Getting issue details... STATUS - Referred to Pauls breakdown of options for how we deliver faculties and schools. It was agreed that there is not currently sufficient information to make a decision and this work should be prioritised into sprint 17.
  • Order of faculties - proposal for PMO. We are not currently in a position to make a call, but FHSS as first faculty is already agreed and we need to confirm when this can be communicated.
CSP (+ reference group Monday) 
  • Agenda for reference group and any decisions/feedback required - discussion around whether to present the topic page in its current format, and whether this group is for that purpose. Agreed that the group is in place to review and feedback to Madeleine. Agenda will be picked up and discussed with Anne and Paul in the 1-1's this week.
Estimations, planning, next sprint, and target datesChrissi
  • Can we relatively size faculties/schools, and will this impact the order? Will be booked in for sprint 17. We may be able to size topics and programmes, but separate to the remaining faculty sites. Need to consider how to break them down.
  • Next sprint - Sprint Planning - Reviewed plans and meetings will be scheduled for Friday to re-review with the WIP team.
Student advisors school visitsJoe
  • Joe explained that he would be attending a school visit next week with student advisors to observe how students make choices for their first year courses and how the enrolment works.

  • Andrew - test site demo? - No test site ready due to some issues with Squiz this week.
Next meeting? 
  • Discuss the approach to developing the presentation for Faculty Managers and SLT. This is about how we present rather than the solution itself The Big Pitch-ure. Will be folded into the Comms work.
