Most people were happy with most of the changes.

Register for updates probably has too little viability, but agreed to leave it for now and consider changes based on user feedback and maybe a stakeholder discussion (Nigel Riley, did you want to set anything up?).

Jane Young (Unlicensed), can you please reconcile these numbers with what Andrew Bredenkamp can see, as he is unsure what to load next. He also mentioned this at stand-up this morning.

First Release Deployment Plan: UG Areas of Study and Degree

Much discussion and useful sharing. Priorities seem to be:

• Steps in the Deployment Plan table seem sufficient to get pages ready for inclusion in the first release.
  • Law seems good enough to be included, based on recent observations
• Changing urls to new pages: The steps first documented in October need reviewing (Tania Hockings (Unlicensed), Nathan Irwin and Andrew Bredenkamp likely to be doing the work).
  • Side-bar listings on faculty/school pages are often dynamically created (eg BBmedSc on this degree page) and will need additional attention.
  • These pages can be reworked in our faculty and school phase.
• Home site widget/element work: Some design and development work is desirable on the course/degree/subject finder and on the AoS navigation. This is both to align with the new way we pitch areas of study and to lift the access to these new pages higher up our site, ultimately from something on Home site (look at what Deakin has on their home page).
• Home site content/wording: Would benefit from some rework, as are doing things a little differently in this new app. 

The conversation roamed over to the next paryts of the UG work, being degrees with many majors and the internationalisation (user stories tagged with release version TP1.1). We are likely to have new release challenges as we move to the international pages.
