Workflow	Jane Young (Unlicensed)	Currently there is no workflow on the new recruitment pages. This means changes go live without being double-checked which isn't always a good thing. We need to talk about what is involved in setting up workflow would it already be appropriate that workflow goes back to the Schools or Faculties to approve changes we are doing on their behalf; or in the interim do we just keep workflow within the team for peer review.
Buttons vs. text links	Nick Butler (Unlicensed)	When do we use buttons, when text links and how should the writers communicate this to the loaders?	If you want a button then you need to comment that it needs to be a button. Need to add the icon to show it is an external website. Tash Davey (Unlicensed) to review when and how we use buttons and the treatment of link text. 09 Sep 2016
Link from qual back to subject/area of study	Gabe Ryan (Unlicensed)	At the moment you can't get from a qualification page back to the subject page. How would we do this	do this retrospectively so they don't hold up release of the academic degrees can do the same for undergraduate and this could be done sooner. wait until more/all of the subjects have been written. how - to be decided have a short intro at top and make it an inline link if we aren't having the intro it could be a button and might be best at the bottom so we don't send people off in error
Next release	Joe Lobotka (Unlicensed)	When is the next release	after testing which is next week we can make changes to quals list on AoS ahead of time as it won't affect the live content. Andrew Bredenkamp to test in stage that it won't affect live pages if we make changes. 06 Sep 2016 Has been checked. Will currently affect live and stage instances, so will leave adding to live pages until the latest version of the app has been published.
Enhancements	Jane	Talk about anything new on the enhancements list Enhancement requests for study areas and UG degree pages Paul has been parking ideas (his and from other people) in two epics, one for improving AoS pages and the other for ug degrees.
