Pain points
- Often need to point students towards a Certificate of Proficiency before accepting them into the courses.
- Students need home internet access (very important)
- Online expectations need to be very clear – especially DHB firewalls, make studying at work very difficult.

- Computers for students to hot desk at on campus.
- Postgrad space at Kelburn campus
- Library treats nursing students as distance learners

- Have had success with international; students and want to grow this market
- Want to touch on the registration process – they don’t offer it here but get a lot of enquiries.
