Faculties and representative schools workshop

Each workshop will be approximately 110 minutes long. As we do not yet know the date and times this is a generic agenda. As such, it can be distributed as is or made more specific for each instance of the workshop.

Proposed Agenda:

  1. Opening: Paul Seiler will set both the scene and our expectations.
  2. Current State: Paul will elicit feedback on how well things are working now and the other channels available to us.
  3. Audiences: Anne Nelson will facilitate a discussion to identify who the site is for, what they think of it, and what they need to know and do.
  4. Short break: Time to stretch legs (and other things that cannot wait until the end of the workshop).
  5. Future state: Paul will help collate your homework on the purpose and goals, and together we will start to identify the content and functional requirements for your sites
  6. Content management: Sam Motion will help us discover and evaluate how we currently maintain website content, while looking forward to how we can do it better in the future.
  7. Closing: Paul will summarise the session and explain the next steps.
