Faculty and CSP Workshops

Initial meeting with Chrissi Dean (Unlicensed) and Paul Seiler (Unlicensed)

Key discussion points:

• Faculty managers group to feedback key decisions (used in same way to that of the CSP reference group)
• Workshop 1: Meet with all faculties initially for initial workshop - to be covered over a period of a few weeks
  • Proposed we ask Faculty Managers to suggest who should be in attendance (around 4-6 participants) in Tuesday's Faculty Managers meeting
  • Initial workshop structure still planned approach, but will be reviewed this week by Paul, and in turn by Anne from a content perspective
  • Could use the audits to feedback some key points around the as-is and gain some feedback on this
  • Meet with Kristina for an informal discussion before first workshop
• Workshop 2: The second workshop drafted was around user journeys.  Suggested this is initially just ran with FHSS and A&D
• Workshop 3: Schools workshop to follow for FHSS after initial workshop with faculty - representatives of as many of these schools as possible for initial discussion
• In parallel with working with FHSS (current priority 1) we will be working closely with A&D (current priority 2)
• Suggested all other faculties to form a group, which we would meet with on a (monthly?) basis to feedback progress and maintain contact.  Can be utilised to look at how potential solutions would work across the wider faculties

• Paul Seiler (Unlicensed) to review and update (or create a new version) of the initial workshop plan for Faculties (& Schools)
  
• Chrissi Dean (Unlicensed) to ensure feedback in Faculty Managers meeting ensures they understand how we intend to use the group like a reference group
  
• Anne Nelson (Unlicensed) to review the updated workshop approaches from a content perspective
  
• Chrissi Dean (Unlicensed) to draw up workshop plan in Confluence
