Faculty and Schools	Mike	There is currently quite a bit of information on the Faculty and Schools site. This will be replaced by the new solutions. Audiences	Paul	Charlotte Dean is the central postgrad recruitment person - she sees the prospective students who want help. She only sees people who aren't already at Victoria. If people are at Victoria they are dealt with by the School and Faculty staff. We don't know when people are self selecting that they aren't suitable for PostGrad Post-grad - students' needs audiences page which is largely based on conversations with Charlotte. We need to remove the skew in terms of international and postgrad students with F&S. Might be a good idea to meet with these groups first, possible could meet with: international liaison people sample of Faculty and School postgrad support staff Maori & Pasifika? Faculty of Graduate Research - PhD Centre of Lifelong Learning	Paul Seiler (Unlicensed) I started adding to the list of what other internal groups we may get value out of meeting.
What we need to know / What are their concerns	All	How do people decide to study postgrad How do they study what to study What do they need to know to choose Victoria Can they apply online What is their next step?
Requirements/Info	All	Degree requirements Paul will collect together the actual requirements to be qualified and institutional requirements for the information decided. There is another piece of work to then decide how this is displayed and where does the information appear. Marketing requirement - Jane Young (Unlicensed) and Nigel (AD of Marketing) to meet with Faculties and Schools to discuss how they market to PostGrad and what they know about their needs. Team to give Jane questions they would like answers from the Faculty on Analytics - what existing knowledge do we have? Search terms - get search term records Adwords - do these still exist? Activities		Needs more discussion Survey people to get larger quantitative results Paul's recommendation is that we use surveys to follow-up on stuff out of interviews e.g. send a survey to get people to rank priority of needs Interviews - discover the larger emotional triggers User testing will we wait until we have something build?
