Outcome

Gabe and Alida went through the tool tips and updated the list, Paul reviewed them. Andrew and Nathan came up with a way to have inline tool tips. The content writers are to show the tool tips by enclosing them in square brackets.

Background

headings are easy to add tooltips to
inline it is difficult to programme
hard to have mark up within the content. this will break other attributes.
there is a need to describe words and it would be awkward to spell it out within the content.
