Background

When listing subject sections on the Topic Study Options page we need to know the sort/listing order. We considered UG first (alphabetically) and then PG (alphabetically). Advantages are the UG subjects come first and UG is the primary audience. Disadvantages are potential to confuse users (will they know there are more subjects below), complexity when we add in 'Pre-degree' and "Professional', another 'feature' to build and test, and that we don't have a clear user need (i.e. maybe users would rather filter).
