Connect the GSA to the Victoria Active Directory and using a key identifier for an entry create an indexed record that can be extended with and XML input feed. That record should return in a query all its values in XML, that XML should be transformed in JSON.
- Input feed needs to be authenticated
- Consider ingesting information from other sources i.e. Banner or VicPhone
- Retain existing functionally for Staff list out of GSA
- Import an existing Staff profile from HTML or Squiz content
- Create a backup of the Staff profile information that can be extracted by record if need be
This does not cover the extend of the requirements of the Staff profiles, this work will be in the area that could be consider the ‘data/service layer’ and the second part would be the ‘presentation layer’.
