  • Room changes - no further discussions on room allocations please. We are looking at options for quieter working spaces for writing. You can use the meeting rooms for group discussions

    • Met with new ITS Test Manager, Wendy to discuss options around new role
    • Also met with Planit manager about what they could offer

  • Josef starts on Tuesday
    • Each of the team are to meet with him and provide a short introduction to their role and examples of some of the work they have been doing
    • There will be an initial period of Nathan getting him up to speed with how we work
  • MyQual - emailed Darryl with regard to a demo for anyone who is interested. Paul noted new version would be more useful

  • Agreed general WIPII update, including mention of workshops and anything of interest re CSP (there were a couple of comments)
  • CSP delivery approach
  • Relationships between CSP - update as required
  • Subjects - template from Anne, and potentially taxonomy from Paul
  • Courses - maybe some reference to COO (or could do this at start of meeting to set context that this is SSIP not WIP for now)

Chrissi noted some thoughts around whether we should share user stories or epics and do people understand what they mean. Needs further consideration.

Personas

  • 10 personas were discussed > old summary table. Will try and finish these so we can use this now. Anne and Sam looking at these.
  • Discussion around moving towards having 3 personas and track them through their journey through Victoria. Currently with Laura to take forward.

Demographics

  • See Confluence page: z-Demographics - questions from enrolment forms. Being followed up with ITS.

  • Some discussion around decisions and next steps. Further discussion required.
  • Paul suggesting speaking with some faculties where the initial straw-person views may not be currently fitting.
  • We confirmed that there is no fixed solution, and the feedback will be evidence based and we will look again post all the workshops.
  • User testing is key and is likely at this stage to support the approaches we suggest based on the business requirements. How this will be tested will be an ongoing discussion. Sam currently has a task around this.
  • Sam asked some questions around key decision points and when we can share decisions and test them. Chrissi to document some key milestones and share with the group.
