- An update was shared around developments across faculty and school workshops, and next steps for functional workshops
- Some analysis work is underway around how to improve staff profiles
- Other scope areas are still being explored, covering postgraduate, research centres and student information

Subjects - taxonomy | Paul Seiler | - Courses, subjects and programmes (CSP) sources of data were shared, noting that they will be displayed on the web as part of the WIPII project
- The current focus in this area is subjects, with the initial structure of Subjects > Programmes > Courses
- There is a large number of subjects, and the number varies from which source you review
- It has been questioned
- Future students via Careers Advisors have been asked to complete an exercise sorting subjects into categories
- 40 subjects for students, and a 120 subject version for staff
