  • The reference group were provided a reminder of the aims of the WIPII project and the five phase delivery approach
  • An update was shared around developments across faculty and school workshops, and next steps for functional workshops
  • Some analysis work is underway around how to improve staff profiles
  • Other scope areas are still being explored, covering postgraduate, research centres and student information

  • Courses, subjects and programmes (CSP) sources of data were shared, noting that they will be displayed on the web as part of the WIPII project
  • The current focus in this area is subjects, with the initial structure of Subjects > Programmes > Courses
  • There is a large number of subjects, and the number varies from which source you review
  • It has been questioned
  • Future students via Careers Advisors have been asked to complete an exercise sorting subjects into categories
    • 40 subjects for students, and a 120 subject version for staff
