Elevator Pitch
An elevator pitch is a persuasive description of of the project's purpose and scope that can be shared in 30 seconds and will elicit a, "That sounds interesting, please tell me more" response.
In drafting it I considered information in the Business Justification Case, high level scope documents, ppt slides for management, what team members have shared, senior management's expectations, etc. Please use the same sources when you are reviewing, editing, and proposing new ones.
WIP-II will:
- "Modernise school, faculty and student information web sites, focusing the content around the key audiences and what they need to know and do, apply the University's brand consistently, and ensure that it all works on mobiles. We will also look for opportunities to incorporate more online services and tools to increase engagement, All this should lead to greater relevance and satisfaction for the users, support the focus on recruitment, and generate long term savings."
- "Redevelop many disparate websites to ensure that the web channel supports our brand and underpins our recruitment activities. We will place the user or audience groups and what they want to do at the centre, reduce duplication and ensure that the sites work on any device."
- "Please add your proposals here"
