PM UpdateJane
  • Terms - Madeleine is still waiting on Alison Kirkman
  • Ask a researcher video - in general we are able to use these but permission will be needed from Comms and the Researcher once individual videos are chosen. When we have a video(s) we want to use we will then go to Maria in Comms. In the request we will need to include if we want to edit any of the video content.
  • Topics is only an internal term it isn't used on the website content and therefore we don't need to worry about replacing 'subject' term on the rest of Victoria's web content.
  • Course Finder 'discipline' list doesn't match our list - longer term Ian from Webstructures will solve this. In the interim we will live with the discrepancies. it would be good to remove the disciplines which are nolonger taught as these are wrong.
  • Paul Seiler (Unlicensed) to talk to Teresa about deleting disciplines which are nolonger taught so they don't appear in the course finder dropdown
