Mission and Values - raised by Jennifer people did in general feel that Missions and Values should be set at a university wide level and not about a particular faculty. Robin Skinner agreed but said that isn't always the case. Having areas instead of distinct sites - clarified this is a technical solution to make it easier to maintain the sites.

In the past they have had problems with staff uploading untrue info e.g. quals they don't have, wrong courses. Robin Skinner intends to go through all of the pages on his site Topics and Programmes - would like final sign off by the Head of Schools. Jane suggested they could instead have access to see the content and feedback but not be an approval gateway.

Feel that there are academics who wouldn't edit their profiles - explained this is ITS reliant and we are still looking into it. Research Master integration - would like ability to pick which publications show not just have latest xx. This is because they contribute to many publications some of which don't add to their profile.
