This plan includes mostly success metrics (“It’s working well”) – rather than comparative metrics (“It’s better than before”). This is because the WIP2 work involves a high degree of change, and it will be difficult to usefully compare ‘previous state’ with ‘current state’.
Some qualitative metrics have been included. Interviews with users, workshops with internal stakeholders (F&S) and students (COO), and meetings with student advisors have provided significant insights into the ‘current state’ of the Victoria website and user issues; and future feedback from these sources is seen as a legitimate source of information on ‘how 'how it’s going’going'.
