  • This programme is intended for persons with no formal training in management, and can be completed over two trimesters of evening study. At the end of the programme, you will have a recognised qualification that will increase your potential for career advancement.
  • We have a stair-casing approach to building your qualifications and managerial confidence. Depending on your performance (a B average or higher) you may then choose to ‘stair-case’ into one of our post experience diplomas which extend your knowledge and allow you to specialise in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or Marketing. From the Postgraduate Diplomas there is also an opportunity to stair-case to the MBA.
  • To staircase through to the Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration and/or the MBA you should take CMSP 804. For the Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management you should take CMSP 805.
