Computer Graphics information: Removed from the BDI, as agreed for 2017.

Link to Computer Graphics (external) site: Not covered/ignored. Site is somewhat out of date and (possibly) misleading. If the SoD is to keep it it should at least be kept current. Maybe we explore making artifacts from our framework available and they could 'refresh' this site, as per conversations with ECS.
