CSP:

What are they looking for when they come to the Vic site to find out about a topic/career (eg, accounting), interest area (eg, working in developing countries) or programme ("I might just do a BA").

Explore:

  • their understanding of navigation labels and terminology (eg, undergraduate, subject, programme, course)
  • the relative importance of subject, programme and course (eg, at what point do they want to know about courses?)
  • how they use the current interfaces (1) how easily can they find UG or PG info on the homesite
  • Feedback on a mockup of the new subject page
  • Ask: About their perception of school and faculty sites - what relevance might they have at this stage? What relevance do they have later on?

(just an interim list - please add to it/amend)
