Background
We can't produce the international switcher in time to make the deadline. The current switcher has been faulty and this has taken away from our development time.
We will be able to produce that switcher in April.
Talked to Julia and she has accepted we can't do it but pointed out that international students who come across our content will need to be redirected to the correct content. We need to work out how we are best to do this.
