Jane Young (Unlicensed) will set up review meeting with Tash and Tania to go through Topic pages feedback this will include the wider team so content related design issues can also be discussed. . This will be next week to include Joe unless he is still sick and then we will go ahead anyway.

Discuss the possibility of having a mini website which tells people where we are at e.g. high level timing, our approach to different things, what they can look forward to, where they can contribute.
Was agreed this was a good idea. To start with we will add pages to the staff intranet under projects. If in the future we need more functionality we will look at other options.
