Topics and undergrad degree pages
Notes
- This plan includes mostly success metrics (“It’s working well”) – rather than comparative metrics (“It’s better than before”). This is because the WIP2 work involves a high degree of change, and it will be difficult to usefully compare ‘previous state’ with ‘current state’.
- Some qualitative metrics have been included. Interviews with users, workshops with internal stakeholders (F&S) and students (COO), and meetings with student advisors have provided significant insights into the ‘current state’ of the Victoria website and user issues; and future feedback from these sources is seen as a legitimate source of information on ‘how 'how it’s going’going'.
