Relationship between qualifications

  • Staircasing allows high performing graduates of the BTM(Hons) to credit the degree courses towards the 120 point MTM, in effect proceeding straight to the thesis (TOUR 591).

Entry requirements

To be accepted into this programme you'll need:

  • A Bachelor of Tourism Management and
  • Acceptance by the relevant Head of School as capable of proceeding with the proposed course of study.

  • TOUR 402
  • TOUR 410
  • Two further courses from:
    • TOUR 403
    • TOUR 406
    • TOUR 409
    • TOUR 413
  • Further approved courses worth 45 points from
    • ACCY, COML, ECON, FINA, HRIR, MARK, MGMT, PUBL or TOUR 400-499, or
    • Other 400-level courses in relevant disciplines at this University

Important information

  • Students who have completed the BTM (Hons) may be admitted directly to the 102 point by thesis version of the MTM.
