Andrew says: Tymara Oberdries (Unlicensed), instead of using the whole block like we've been doing, I've created a new paint layout to use for graduate qualifications. Similar to how you would normally make an undergraduate degree using the paint layout 363118, now you can just use this to create the correct related-options block:

If you want to make sure the subject value is present, make sure you link it to the subject and not the parent qualification.

I've already done Japanese (309462). Let me know if you have any issue with any of the others.
