During your studies, you'll give four 70-minute public recitals, and one of these will include a pre-concert talk of around 30 minutes. You can present this either separately to the concert, or as a lecture-recital of 90 to 100 minutes.

OK not clear. The inclusions info should be this:

Be sure to include the following documents with your application:


  • certified copy of your passport (the personal details page)
  • evidence of your proficiency in English, if required.
  • certified copy of your official academic results


You'll need pass an audition before a panel of senior members of the NZSM Performance staff and the School director. If you don't live in New Zealand, you can send in a 60-minute video recording instead.

Delete the bit about audition earlier on, I meant to keep it in the inclusions. Just to note, we only ever include info in the inclusions section (ie above), never in the other sections. (smile)
