Entry requirements

To be accepted into this programme you'll need:

  • An LLB or LLB(Hons) degree and
  • Acceptance by the Director of Postgraduate Studies for the Faculty of Law as capable of proceeding with the proposed course of study.

Programme requirements

Complete at least 60 points from courses from LAWS 200-599, of which:

  • At least 40 points are from 300-level courses or above.
