This is a draft email to send to wordpress content owners who have their site hosted in Digital Engagement’s instance of Siteground.

I'm writing to let you know our Wordpress support has changed. We still have your site hosted on Siteground, however, our Wordpress contractor moved to Australia and is no longer available. 

Fortunately, we have been able to find a local Wordpress specialist. This does mean that when you need Wordpress support it will be available, but at an hourly rate.

Support

The types of support available to you include:

  • content housekeeping (checking if information is up-to-date and still needed)

  • checking your Wordpress software, plug-ins and licensing are up-to-date

  • checking your site's privacy statement

  • design and development of new content and website functionality

  • troubleshooting issues

  • website audits to determine how well your site is performing and ways in which it could be improved.
