Actions

Map Public Policy in 'Postgraduate study by discipline' to the new PG subject page:
  •  Modify school site to link to new PG subject page if required (see right)
  •  Jane Young (Unlicensed) Ask if school want to link to new PG subject page. Another option is to link to each of the quals for each of their subjects (using '?subject=...'). If so

  •  For Public Policy, check that the new PG subject page can be accessed from a link under a heading 'Postgraduate Programmes', sitting below 'Example courses' and 'Graduate Qualifications' (if applicable). Button to be called 'Explore postgraduate programmes'.
  •  Check that the BCom block in 'Undergraduate degrees' is of the new style (i.e. no 'Leads to a' line).
  •  Check that the BA block in 'Undergraduate degrees' is of the new style (i.e. no 'Leads to a' line).

  •  Add content to right to top of PG study listing page, in effect creating a PG subject listing section before the qualifications are listed. Do so by listing the subject name as the heading (probably L3) and linking to the relevant page (usually a PG subject), bringing through the description (on the header/banner) automatically.

Note that Public Management, e-Government and Restorative Justice are atypical because the PG information is all on the programme pages. However, I think that if you link through it should still bring the description.

Page heading (L1): Postgraduate study

Page intro: A range of postgraduate study options are offered by the School of Government.

Section heading (L2): Subjects

Subject name (L3): e-Government (linkto:http://www.victoria.ac.nz/explore/postgraduate-programmes/master-of-e-government/about)

Description: Pulled through automatically

Subject name (L3): Public Management (linkto:http://www.victoria.ac.nz/explore/postgraduate-programmes/master-of-public-management/about)

Description: Pulled through automatically

Subject name (L3): Public Policy (linkto:new page)

Description: Pulled through automatically

Subject name (L3): Restorative Justice (linkto:http://www.victoria.ac.nz/explore/graduate-quals/certificate-in-restorative-justice-practice/about)

Description: Pulled through automatically

Section heading (L2): Qualifications

Rest of page remains unchanged, so the next section heading is 'Honour's programme'
