We have decided to classify all GDips and GCerts as UG. However, in the case of education we might have 'signposts' to these qualifications in the PG area as well, as David and I think current students would think of themselves as PG.

But we made this decision after completing the UG analysis, so are dealing with it now, rather than over the last few months.
