In terms of setting up the a site, most of it is one click and automated with the exception of:
FTP accounts (trivial)
SSL – not difficult and again one click – more a case of understanding what you want to do
Email – a bit more challenging.

Housekeeping
Avalon can provide housekeeping of websites, which includes:
Assessing if a site or content on a site is needed.
Ensure that the latest version of WordPress is installed. If a site is running on old software, it may be vulnerable to more recently developed security threats.
Ensure that any Plug-ins and licenses in use are up-to-date.
Crafting a site’s privacy statement related to things like use of Google Analytics.
Avalon offer the following services:
Design and development of new sites. Avalon likes to ensure projects are set up for success and avoid any pitfalls.
Maintenance of existing sites. They are available on call to deal with issues, as and when they surface.
Website audits - to determine how well a site is performing and ways in which it could be improved. This includes review of security, usability, reliability, and maintainability.
Usability reviews.
