What are they looking for when they come to the Vic site to find out about a topic/career (eg, accounting), interest area (eg, working in developing countries) or programme ("I might just do a BA").
Explore:
- their understanding of navigation labels and terminology (eg, undergraduate, subject, programme, course)
- the usefulness of the current subject page - ask them what they want/need to find out
- perception of school and faculty sites - what relevance might they have at this stage
