Tertiary education and career goals

Really wants to go to university: not really sure what she wants to study - she has thought about Maori studies, and her sister suggested that she could also think about media, film or theatre - something to do with the arts.

Pania thinks that university could also help help her to develop as a person and she. She'd like to get involved in groups and activities - although the thought of meeting new people and having completely new experiences is quite stressful.

Wants to challenge herself and leave home: her sister graduated from Victoria two years ago and she's told Pania what a great experience it was, and how much she loved living in Wellington (she's now in Sydney).

And actuallyActually, two people from her year at school are probably coming to Victoria next year. One of them is thinking of doing law Law and she's not sure what the other one is doing.

Pania would live in the Halls for the first year and then would probably go flatting - that's what her sister did, and she's talked heaps about how much she enjoyed it.
