Primary purpose: Enable users to find a specific qualification that they are already aware of, or at a pinch find something that might be relevant by quick browsing.

To this end I have:

• Grouped qualifications by the fewest categories that are exhaustive (all quals fit in at least one category)
• Tried for meaningful groupings (i.e. not the qualification type)
