How will our content plans be used?
- Website management: The Web Team will reference and be guided by them when making decisions about iterative content and design improvements/ changes. We’ll update them if there’s a higher-level strategic change.
- Content owners: Content owners and reviewers across the organisation will reference them when creating and updating content, to ensure sections of the website remain focused.
- Website development: Project teams will reference them when developing new content and features. They will help ensure our approach is consistent.
Why content plan (instead of strategy)?
Our content plans will have an operational focus. We’ll refer to them and be guided by them, rather than implement new initiatives as a result of them.
