| 2 - Faculties, schools and CSI | Will deliver CSI well before all F&S, maybe even before we have completed the first F. How far can we get by 1 October? Build new masters for data (especially courses, subjects and programmes) early and surface these (to replace existing content) on F&S sites as we go. This means the early rounds of engagement with F&S staff would be on their subjects and programmes. PS: Best to go live with a whole faculty at once, should include all school unless good reasons for leaving them till later. Can easily do more than two F in 2015, if we get going now |
